SYNOPSIS
AJ Stephens, a successful but unfulfilled engineer, stumbles upon Alterra, a service that offers a glimpse into an alternate version of his life. What starts as curiosity turns into an obsession as he experiences a reality where he is an architect with a loving family he never had. But as his attachment to this new world deepens, his real life begins to unravel, leading him toward an irreversible decision.
Lena Carter, a determined real estate agent, has been using Alterra to escape a harsh truth—one she refuses to accept. On her latest visit, she finds what she’s been searching for, but at a cost she never anticipated. A moment of hesitation traps her in Alterra, forcing her to adapt to a life that was never truly hers.
As AJ and Lena navigate their alternate realities, the true nature of Alterra begins to surface. Meanwhile, those left behind start to question what’s real and what’s been lost, leading to a desperate attempt to uncover the truth. But in Alterra, every choice comes with consequences, and some doors, once opened, can never be closed.
